No one wants to have mold problems happen to them, but I'm glad Paul Frost and SERVPRO of North Central Mesa were there for me to come save the day. They made this situation way easier to handle and treated me like a person, not just some contract.

He spent almost an hour on the phone with me patiently discussing my concerns, and he even came to our house free of charge to alleviate my worries and let us know that we didn't need any remediation services.
